This year there are seven categories - Most Innovative Company, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year (small, medium and large business categories), Exporter of the Year, and The Aer Lingus Viscount Award for Overall Excellence.
The shortlist has been announced and winners will be revealed at an awards ceremony on Thursday 25 February 2010 at the Fifth Floor Restaurant, Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge, London.
Most Innovative Company
The Most Innovative Company Award honours the company that has continually driven growth through product and/or process innovation in 2009 and recognises overall achievement in product and/or marketing, sales, manufacturing, management etc

This Award will be given to an entrepreneur who has demonstrated excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses. Company of the Year – Small/Medium/Large
The Company of the Year Award recognises the most entrepreneurial small, medium and large company that has excelled in all functions of their business.
